Access to Listing Details

Certain commercial properties and business opportunities we represent require a signed Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) prior to releasing detailed information. This protects sensitive seller information including financials, operations, and proprietary details.

For Interested Buyers

If you are interested in one of our listings, please complete the Confidentiality Agreement to gain access to additional details.

To move forward, the following is required:
  • A completed and signed Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)
  • Proof of funds demonstrating financial ability to complete the purchase (bank statement or equivalent)
  • A brief overview of your interest and experience 

Once received and reviewed, we will provide access to available details, financials, and next steps.

Brokers / Agents (Co-Brokerage)

We welcome cooperation with licensed brokers representing qualified buyers. To participate:

  • The buyer must not have already signed directly with our team
  • The broker must not have previously accessed the listing outside of representation
  • The buyer must be financially qualified, with proof of funds available

Note: The Confidentiality Agreement must be signed by the buyer. Agents may not sign on their behalf.

Available Opportunities

By submitting this form and providing your e-signature, you acknowledge and agree that all confidential information provided will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential purchase of the referenced business. You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any confidential information to third parties, except your attorneys, accountants, or professional advisors, and you remain responsible for any breach by those parties. You further agree not to contact the seller, employees, customers, vendors, or landlords directly, and not to visit the business without prior authorization. All communication must be conducted through ERA Right Choice Realty – ERA Commercial Group.

You agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or harm the business operations in any way, including making statements that could negatively impact the business. All documents, financials, and materials provided must be kept confidential and returned or destroyed upon request or if you choose not to proceed. Any information deemed a trade secret under applicable law will be protected to the maximum extent permitted under Florida law, without limitation of time where applicable. This agreement is legally binding upon submission and electronic signature and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida.

To be considered for access to confidential listing details, all required form fields must be fully completed, a valid Confidential Listing ID must be provided, proof of funds must be uploaded, and a digital signature (e-signature) must be provided confirming agreement to these terms. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed or processed.

If you are working with a broker or agent, you must indicate representation within the form. The buyer must execute this agreement, and all communications and cooperation will be handled through ERA Right Choice Realty – ERA Commercial Group.

Once your completed submission, proof of funds, and e-signature are received, your qualifications will be reviewed. Approved parties will be granted access to available details, and additional information may be requested based on the opportunity.
